Meet Our Physicians & Staff

Dr. Qazi is a diagnostic and Interventional Radiologist. He completed medical school at the University of Calgary in 2013, followed by a 5-year residency in diagnostic imaging at the University of Toronto. He subsequently completed a fellowship in Vascular and Interventional Radiology at the University Health Network in 2019.

Dr. Qazi has received numerous awards throughout his training and is focused on providing high quality pain intervention for his patients.

Dr. Farooq is a diagnostic and Interventional Radiologist. He completed medical school at McMaster University in 2003, followed by a 5-year residency in diagnostic imaging at the University of Manitoba. He subsequently completed a fellowship in Vascular and Interventional Radiology at the University Health Network in 2009.

Dr. Farooq is a highly experienced physician with expertise in spine intervention, bringing over a decade of specialized clinical experience to Well Imaging Services.

Dr. Fakhir brings a wealth of experience in general pediatrics to Well Imaging Services. After more than 12 years of busy general pediatric practice in Swift Current, Saskatchewan, he has recently relocated to Saskatoon. He holds the position of Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at the College of Medicine, University of Saskatchewan.

Dr. Fakhir is a strong believer in providing a medical home to his patients. In 2013, he was awarded the Quality Champion Award from the Health Quality Council of Saskatchewan in recognition of his outstanding achievements in patient care.

He is committed to providing a full array of general pediatric services including well baby examinations and health supervision. His areas of special interest include pediatric and adolescent mental health, weight management, asthma and allergies, and urgent care.

Abdallah graduated in engineering from one of the top technical universities in North Africa, where he developed a strong foundation in applied engineering and medical technology. He subsequently pursued and completed a Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering at the University of Saskatchewan, deepening his expertise at the intersection of engineering and medicine.

Following the completion of his graduate studies, Abdallah gained extensive industry experience in the development and servicing of medical devices alongside industry leaders across North America. At Well Imaging Services, he oversees the maintenance, calibration, and performance of all diagnostic imaging equipment — ensuring every scan meets the highest standards of technical precision.
